Registration & Hotel Information

Information for booking hotel rooms at our discounted rates are included with your registration confirmation email. Please do not try to book the hotel directly or through services like Expedia because you will not get our discounted rates!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOTEL CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC ROOMS. You may request room types, but there is no guarantee for specific rooms.

The General Admission registration fee for the convention is $149 per person for the entire weekend (Thursday, April 29 – Sunday May 2, 2027). We are also offering a VIP registration for $249 which will include additions from the standard registration including early access to Residence Suites booking!

We arranged discounted room rates at the hotel for our event and the hotel is also offering the discounted rates for adjacent days in case you would like to spend the week at the Cape! Additionally, passes for the water park at the hotel are being offered for a discounted rate of $20 for all weekend!
