From Thursday, April 30 through Sunday, May 3, 2026, Parrot Heads from across the Northeast will gather for a long weekend packed with live music, themed costume nights, friendly club competitions, charity fun, and all the island-state-of-mind vibes you can handle. Whether you’re a convention veteran or joining the flock for the first time, there’s no better way to kick off the season than with your fellow Fins Up faithful on Cape Cod. NERPHCC’s mission is to up hold the traditions and almost 30-year longevity of the New England Parrot Head Convention (NEPHC). We created a Not-for-Profit group dedicated to guaranteeing and eliminating the barriers for the success of NEPHC for years to come.
