Event Registrations are non-refundable unless resulting from extenuating circumstances (such as death in family, etc.) or if the convention needs to be postponed for reasons beyond our control (COVID-19 restrictions/limitations or otherwise).

If the convention is postponed for any reason, you have the option to either:
a) receive a full refund for the event registration fee, or
b) roll over your 2022 registration fee to the rescheduled event next year (if needed, tentatively April 20-April 23, 2023) and receive one sheet of raffle tickets per registered person.
Any decision to cancel our event due to COVID-19 restrictions will be made on or before March 1, 2022.
Note: All credit card holds for Hotel rooms will be released in full.
Please note: Registrations received for the 2021 convention (April 29-May 2, 2021) which was postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions were given until June 15, 2021 to request a refund.
