Event Registrations are non-refundable unless resulting from extenuating circumstances (such as death in family, etc.) or by restrictions/limitations due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

If cancelled due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), you have the option to either:
a) receive a full refund for the event registration fee, or
b) roll over your 2020 registration fee to the rescheduled event next year to be held April 28-May 1, 2022 and receive one sheet of raffle tickets per registered person.
Any decision to cancel our event due to COVID-19 restrictions will be made on or before Feb. 1, 2021.
Note: All credit card holds for Hotel rooms will be released in full.
